My husband and I moved to the Knoxville area from the Northeast, and we love it here.  TN still has the four seasons, but unlike the protracted snowy and icy Winter of the Northeast, Winter here is just long enough to make Spring welcome.  Our first experience buying a home in Tennessee wasn't the best. But when we decided to sell that house and buy another, we were fortunate enough to find an agent who listened to us, communicated often, and helped us understand the process.
